In this case, Ms. Hörig was the best thing that could have happened to Telekom! Due to extremely bad advice from telephone support, I actually wanted to cancel both cell phones and Entertain. Completely wrong advice, wrong technology, a senseless security package talked up by wrong advice. If I were Telekom, then I would clean it up!She was the only one who took care of everything right away. I've been there twice and all the problems have been solved, the mobile phone contracts have been extended and the router and mediator are on the way. That's the way it has to be, because then you keep your customers. So again, big thanks and thank you. Besides, there would have been no contracts with the unfriendly, somewhat corpulent gentleman in the branch.So thanks again to Ms. Hörig and clearly a thumbs up!
